Dear Neighbors,
The community recently held an election for the new board and we’re grateful to everyone who participated and showed their support. A big thank-you to the outgoing board members (Harry Harshaw, Marc Humphrey and Kristin Wren) for their unwavering dedication and the many positive changes they shepherded in our neighborhood, including the successful renovation of the park, multiple enhancements to the community pool, and restoring a robust financial reserve. Their leadership, vision, and hard work are greatly appreciated.
We will continue to build on all this work by keeping communication open, listening to your concerns, and thoughtfully considering your suggestions. We will also continue to seek opportunities for us to come together, share feedback, and discuss plans that will enhance our neighborhood.
Feel free to reach out with any ideas or suggestions – whether around improving amenities, addressing maintenance needs, or hosting social gatherings. Your involvement is essential to our continued success.

- Request new or replacement pool keys
- Submit architectural review applications
- Find documents like bylaws, meeting minutes, and financial reports
- Get updates on projects and initiatives
- Social media Updates: NextDoor participation is available as an additional option for collaboration and communication. If you are not already a member, request access to the “Vickery Park” NextDoor group.
Note: These are intended to complement, not replace, our traditional modes of communication—including email and physical mail—which will remain in use.
Pool Updates:
- The pool has been thoroughly cleaned and is now open for use. New umbrellas will be purchased soon to replace damaged ones, and further updates are being considered.
- To get a pool key, fill out the form on the website.
- Please keep the pool area clean and secure after use—remove all trash and lock the gate to prevent unauthorized access.
Committees: We invite you to participate in the Pool Beautification, Social, and Architecture/Landscaping committees. Your involvement, in any capacity, would go a long way towards establishing project priorities and guiding subsequent financial expenditures.
